Abstract

Human lives and development depend on safe food,which in turn relies on efficient safety supervision on food.and also on correspondent legal systems.The implementation of ″Food Safety Law″ has been a good beginning,and further laid a solid foundation for the safety supervision on food in China.With a new historical starting point,our safety supervision system faces many new problems.In this case,it is necessary for us to further open our minds and reinforce safety supervision on food in order to open a new chapter of a happier life for our people.
