Abstract
Regarding to a high-iron copper ore, this paper investigates the property of run-of-mine ore,and based on the characteristic of raw ore, mineral process experimental study is implemented.Selective flotation and bulk flotation are introduced respectively. The results of selective flotation are that concentrate with Cu grade of 22.21% and recovery of 95.47% are obtained. Two methods of Cu-S separation flotation and magnetic separation are tested in bulk flotation. The results of bulk flotation are concentrate with Cu grade of 23.56% and 22.87%,recovery of 97.62%and 97.34% respectively. The comparison of each experiment scheme is described and the optimal experiment scheme is determined, which is bulk floation with Cu-S magnetic separation.
