Abstract

The samples were decomposed by microwave digestion. An atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry for the determination of trace elements(As and Hg)in soil was developed. The experimental factors were investigated. The method is simple, rapid, sensitive, and accurate. The recovery is in the range of 91.00%—104.18%,and the relative standard deviation is 3.44%.
