Abstract

In this article,to determine the concentration of mercury in soil, the microwave digestion and hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry(AFS) were adopted. And with optimizing the measure condition, standard sample verification showed the measurement was quick and its precision, accuracy and recovery met the requirement.
