Abstract

Objective To study the value of electrocardiography(ECG)for predicting the infarct-related artery(IRA)in the inferior wall myocardial infarction. Methods 30patients with inferior wall acute myocardial infarction(AMI)were performed standard18-lead ECG and coronary arteriography(CAG).The relationship between IRA and the criteria A(III st↑ Ⅱ st↑),B(aVL st↓ Ⅰ st↓),C(A and B positive),D(A and B negative)and E(V3-5R st↑)were analyzed. Results The positive incidence of criteria A,B and C in RCA occlusion group was significantly higher than that in LCX occlusion group(P0.01).The positive incidence of criteria D in LCX occlusion group was higher than that in RCA occlusion group(P0.01).The positive incidence of criteria E was higher for RCA proximal segment occlusion than for extremital segment. Conclusions The detection of ECG criteria A,B,C,D and E is helpful to the clinic diagnosis of IRA in inferior myocardial infarction.
