Security Guard Supervision Measurement in U.S. Colleges and Universities and Its Enlightenment

In China, colleges and universities have no power to enforce the law about security guard and no qualification requirement for personnel of security guard. Besides, the precaution measurement is rather weak and the concept of administrative staff is rather backward. The socialized administrative system of security guard in U. S. colleges and universities, their modern security precaution measurements, the concept of human nature in security management and professional security guard team are described. Author suggests that police substation should be set in colleges and universities and the staff of security guard should be qualified by public security authority. Colleges and universities themselves should build technical precaution system, and implement concrete measurement in compliance with human nature management.
