Abstract

The Party's nature is a unit constituted by general essence and special essence. The practical inspection and theoretical research in the latest years, demonstrate the point, that the Party's formal proposals in the 16th national congress- the theory of two vanguards, illustrate totally and discover deeply general essence and special essence, and the dialectical relations between them as well, having us make sense of the Party's nature in a new depth.
