Historic Development of Marxist Party's-in-power Construction Theory

Marxist theories of the Party's essence and its constructing guiding principle, expound the basic ideas of what kind of party we are building up and how to build it. Experiences and lessons drawn from international socialist movements have proposed the objective demands to develop this theory. To meet the needs of changes of the times and the developing laws of the construction of the Party in power, the thought of Three representation reveals that the essence of the Party in power would be the organic unity of the advancedness, the masses and the times; it points out the targets, tasks and ways of strengthening and reforming the party in power, for the first time in history, it scientificly and completely proposes the guiding principle of building the Party by itself, making great and historic contributions to the Marxist Party's in power construction theories.
