A Modified Method for SDS-PAGE Staining

Abstract

SDS-Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis(SDS-PAGE) is easy to operate and has reliability,but it has the disadvantages of taking a long time in the conventional staining and decolorization and requiring the use of methanol.In this paper,a modified method for SDS-PAGE staining is put forward,which takes shorter time in the conventional staining and decolorization and requires no methanol in the process.
