Abstract
Objective:To study the impact on maternal postpartum stress urinary incontinence by different Pelvic floor rehabilitation training,Methods:Using the questionnaire combined with pelvic floor biofeedback assessment and modification of perineal muscle test,to investigate and assess the primipara at post-natal 3 d,6 weeks according to the standard.175 cases of primipara were paired and divided into kegel training, pelvic floor biofeedback, vaginal cone training group and control group. They were trained for eight weeks in every course, and were assessed and evaluated the effects before and after training. Results:In each group, the incidence of stress urinary incontinence 6 weeks after delivery were decreased significantly than during pregnancy(P0.05),After training, the incidence of postpartum stress urinary incontinence in kegel training group, pelvic floor biofeedback group and vaginal cone training group were significantly lower than before training(P0.01).The incidences of postpartum urinary incontinence after training in each group were significantly lower than control group(P0.05),After training, the contraction intensity and strength of pelvic floor muscle in each group were increased significantly than those in the control group, which in biofeedback group was also increased significantly compared with the other three groups(P0.05).Conclusions:Pelvic floor biofeedback, pelvic floor rehabilitation training of vaginal cones and kegel training have preventive and therapeutic effects on the genesis of postpartum stress urinary incontinence.
