Abstract
Avian Influenza was conformed by AGP test in Hubei.A strain of virus was isolated from tracts and livers of five diseased layers.It was determined to be a Avian Influenza Virus by HI test and negative_contrast electron microscopy,The virus was sphere with envelope,and diameterof 80_120nm,and it was characterizated as H 9N 2sero_subtype.
