Abstract
Objective To understand the distribution of avian influenza virus in Lishui, and the subtypes of avian influenza virus, such as H7N9,H5,H7,H9,were detected in people and external enviromental monitoring samples. Methods Influenza A virus and avian influenza virus H7N9,H5,H7,H9 subtypes were detected by fluorescent quantitative PCR.Results Avian influenza H9 virus subtype was detected from 4 poultry feces specimens from external encironment, and other samples were all negative. Conclusion The avian influenza H9 virus subtype was found in external environment, indicating spreading risk in Lishui, but the human avian influenza(H7N9) virus were not found in crowd and poultry.
