Evaluation of Academic Research in Universities by Bibliometrics

Abstract
A mathematic model to evaluate the academic research level in universities was established by bibliometrics, and the university places were analyzed by using Chinese S T Papers Statistics and analysis 2002.By the first 50 universities in five factors, the first three were summarized, they are Qinghua University, Zhejiang University and Beijing University. From the analysis, the research level of universities can be roughly evaluated.
