Abstract
The present experiment has been conducted to study the effects of different treatment on seed germination( Treatment A:direct sowing in bed after soaked with water in 48 h; Treatment B: covered a layer of plastic film after treatment A; Treatment C: direct sowing in sand bed of seed stratification) and seedling growth of Dalbergia odorifera, the results showed that seed germination rate and germination energy of D. odorifera treated with plant growth regulators were greatly improved,in the order of IBA GA3 6-BA CK; On field experiment, the rate of emergence was over 70% under two treatment of after seed germination or film covering seedbed, were significantly higher than those in the direct seeding. The annual growth rhythm of seedling was shaped of Scurve, and had obvious phase.
