Abstract

The method of biological test indoor and experiment in field was adopted in the paper,and the biological activity of Piutella xylbstella L.and Pieris rapae L.using 1% high osmotic Celangulins ME microemulsion was studied.The results of pesticide soak indoor biological test showed:LC_(50) of 1% Celangulins microemulsion against Piutella xylbstella and Pieris rapae with the age of three larvae LC_(50) was respectively 0.98 and 0.39?mg/L;but the LC_(50) of 1% Celangulins EC to Piutella xylbstella and Pieris rapae with the age of three larvae was respectively 1.81 and 1.01 ml/L.The medicinal effect in field showed:the medicinal effect of 1% Celangulins microemulsion diluted 800~1?000 times was better and longer than 1% Celangulins emulsive oil,which reduced the dosage of 35~40 percent in technical grade material.
