Clinical effects of Qingyuan Tiaozhi capsule on alcoholic liver disease

Objective:To evaluate the effects of Qingyuantiaozhi capsule on alcoholic liver disease.Methods: Sixty patients with alcoholic liver disease were divided at random into two groups.Therapeutic group was treated with two capsules of Qingyuantiaozhi capsule orally three times per day,control group was treated with general medicine to protecting the liver.After the period of treatment,all the patients performed blood test of liver function and cholesterol and triglyceride low density ilpoprotein-C,as well detecting the liver with colour ultrasound.Results: Total effective ratio of therapeutic and control group was 93.3% and 73.3% which were significantly difference in two groups(P0.01).There was also significantly difference in the two groups with the liver functiion and cholesterol and triglycerin,and low density lipoprotein-C(P0.01).Conclusion:Qingyuantiaozhi capsule has a significant effect to improve the patients'clinical syndromes and liver functiions,even it change the patients' liver imagining in ultrasound but to decrease patients' blood-fat.
