Abstract
The recent research progress of recombinant protein refolding was reviewed.This paper analyzed various kinds of solution-phase and solid-phase refolding technologies,proposed the refolding optimization procedure and introduced the new solution of physical refolding such as high pressure refolding based upon the chemical refolding.
