Abstract
A finite element model for a complex cylinder head structure is built by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS,in which it can be done the free modal analysis and calculation, and obtain the low-order vibration modal frequency and vibration mode.To verify the correctness of the modal analysis,it is doing modal test to the cylinder head structure,by hammering method to the cylinder head structure vibration excitation, using the test software to get the low-order vibration modal frequency and vibration mode.Through the comparison with the finite element modal analysis and modal test,to verify the reasonability of the finite element modal analysis results,it provides a certain of reference basis for the type of engine cylinder head structure design and optimization.
