The Difficulties and Strategies on Upgrading of Industrial Structure——by the cases in Jilin Province

Upgrading of the industrial structure is important task and challenge in our economic development.This thesis takes Jilin province as the research sample.It introduces current situation of industrial structure and points out the problem that the rate of primary industry is high,secondary industry not strong and service sector not developed enough.It also analyzes the basis of agricultural province in history process,relatively lower position in industrial division and the reasons coming from the salient features of the middle industrialization.It writes down the strategies of promoting upgrading of the industrial structure.
