Abstract
Fe-Cu composite powder was prepared by chemical reduction plating, and the optimum parameters were determined by orthogonal experiments. The results show that uniform and dense coating can be obtained when the concentration of CuSO_4 is 20 g/L,the concentration of HCHO is 11 mL/L and the pH value of plating solution is11.0.The surface morphology of composite powder was observed through SEM and optical microscopy, and the energy spectrum analysis was also carried out, which confirms that the Fe-Cu composite powder can be prepared by chemical reduction plating, and it is expected to replace the replacement plating in mass production.
