Radical Feminist Jurisprudence: Another Angle Considering Law

The viewpoint that juristical grand theory establishers regarding law as rational, and the social convention treating the male as the radical spokesman, in the idea of the Radical Feminist Jurisprudence which is a part of the Postmodern Jurisprudence, in fact support the male discrimination plot. Therefore legal theory becomes the word oppressing female. This opinion overthrows the legal universal rule and denies the existence of the radical individual as automatic legal main body. It sets challense to the legal neutral principle, and makes the legal investigators survey the law from a different angle. But the Radical Feminist Jurisprudence by way of Postmodern Jurisprudence as sustain and edification has many problems in its own theory.
