Abstract
As one branch of the post - critical - jurisprudence, the feminist jurisprudence has exerted a certain impact on the theoretical legal world and judiciary world in the United States of America. The feminist jurisprudence employs such methods as the consciousness recovery, feminist practical reason and inquiry of women issues, while criticizing the traditional legal theory and the current legal systems. The author points out that the ideas of feminist on law have some limitations, and can not stand the pressure from the traditional legal theory - this trait determines that feminist jurisprudence can not realize its ideal of deconstructing the traditional legal culture.
