Improving the Childhood Training System is the Fundamentality of Advancing the Whole Level of Chinese Speed Skating

The competitive sports of speed skating in China has the limitation of training management system and development strategy, which results in some obvious problems such as the child skaters' premature performance and overtraining, low eligible proportion, advantage in short distance event, disadvantage in long distance event, low level as a whole. The article thinks that the various departments of functional service should severally put forward the work project after starting with fostering the teachers and coaches, establishing the general training outline, bringing up the childhood training system, and in conclusion integrate an effective training management system. It indicates the systemic training is the only approach to bring up some eligible skaters and suggests the coaches of child skaters to have an in-depth cognition and carry out in daily training.
