Abstract

It is very important to interpret the ■in Western Zhou period bronze inscriptions. The author deciphers the character ■to be zhu(贮),which should be considered as the charactergu(贾)in many texts of Western Zhou period bronze inscriptions. We can draw the above conclusion from grapheme, meaning system and pronunciation.
