Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of anti-Parkinson potion(APP)on hemorrheology and nail wall microcirculation in patients with vascular Parkinsonism(VP).Methods:The patients with VP were divided into a treatment group(n=32)and a control group(n=36)randomly.The treatment group was received by APP oˉrally with fundamental madopar therapy, the control group with only madopar,Every parameter of hemorrheolˉogy and nail wall microcirculation before and the7th,15th,30th day after treatment was detected. Results:In the control group, all parameters did not changed remarkably. In the treatment group, all parameters except erythrocyte expressing volume of hemorrheology changed remarkably after the7th day, distinctively lower than those of the control group, and went on declininged to the30th(P0.01);every parameter of nail wall microˉcirculation decreased at the7th(P0.01),and last to the30th day(P0.05).Conclusion:APP can obviously improve the hemorrheology and nail wall microcirculation of VP patients, and so it can interfere with etiological factors.
