Clinical curative effect observation of compound glycyrrhizin combined with compound flumetasone ointment in treatment of chronic eczema

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of compound glycyrrhizin combined with compound flumetasone ointment in the treatment of chronic eczema.Methods 84 cases of patients with chronic eczema who were treated in our hospital from July 2011 to June 2013 were selected,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Control group(42 cases) were externally treated by compound flumetasone ointment,observation group(42 cases) were added with compound glycyrrhizin based on the control group′s treatment,the treatment period were 4 weeks.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 92.86%,the control group was 76.19%,the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P 0.05).Conclusion The effect of compound glycyrrhizin combined with compound flumetasone ointment in the treatment of chronic eczema is satisfactory,be worth to clinical application.
