Abstract
Based on the present situation of the new rural cooperative medical system in Anhui Province,the paper focuses on the difficulties in the implementation process of Anhui new rural cooperative medical system,and puts forward the measures to solve the difficult problems,such as payment,aging and diversified medical insurance policies.
