On the Construction and Improvement of China's New-type Rural Cooperative Medical Insurance System——Taking Anhui Province as an Example

The New-type Cooperative Medical System is an important strategic initiative that the Party and the government take to effectively solve the Three Rural issue,to co-ordinate urban and rural development,and to build a harmonious society.Since its 2003 pilot program,after several years of development,China's New Medical Security System has made remarkable achievements.But during the operation there are still some problems.Therefore,we should continue to improve it in order to provide better medical support services for the broad masses of peasants.By the example of Anhui Province,this paper analyzes the problems of the new rural cooperative medical system and then explores solutions to make it more perfect.
