Abstract
The university library, which possesses the superiorities in the culture, resources, knowledge and environment, is an important position for the quality education. And the university library should transform the educational idea, persist in the people-based concept, give full play to its educational function and superiority, dig the individual latent capacity, and do well the quality education for the university students.
