Abstract

In contract to the regular criminal procedure,summary criminal procedure is a simple and prompt criminal procedure.Compare to legislations of other country,the system of our country is unitary,the application is low,the protection of the rights is inadequate,and lack of impartiality.Establish the correct concept,improve the relevant institution and learn from the experience of other country,then consummate the system of summary criminal procedure of our country.
