Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of blood lipids on red cell immunologic function. Methods The fast heparin anticoagulant blood samples were taken in morning. The immune function of red cells was measured by erythrocyte immune yeast rosette test, levels of blood lipids were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer;and these findings were analyzed with statistics. Results The immune function of red cells in patients with hyperlipemia was significantly different from those without hyperlipemia(P0.05).Conclusion Hyperlipemia is one of the factors affecting immune function of red blood cells.
