Abstract
To study on red- cell immune function in acate cerebrovascular disease. We used the methods of Guofen to measure the rosette rate of red blood cell C3b(RBC - C:)bRR) and the rosette rate of red blood cell immune complex (RBC - ICR). The result suggested that RBC - C3bRR of acute cerebrovascular diseas was lower than that of the controlsC P 0. 01). And RBC -ICR higher than that of the controls( P 0. 01). It indicated that red - cell immune adherence was decreased. Immune complexes fixed to vascular endothelium and injured it, because clearance ability for immune complexes was decreased. It opens up a train of thoughts for clinical trea-menl.
