Abstract
Objective The eukaryotic expression vector carrying BMP-2 gene was transfected into BMSCs by liposome,and detected the expression.Methods The eukaryotic expression vector carrying BMP-2 gene was transfected into BMSCs by liposome.fluorescence microscope observe cells culture after BMSCs transfected.The protein of cells transfected was detected by ELISA and immunohistochemical method.Results The plasmid was transfected into BMSCs,the gene kept on expressing.Conclusion It provies the base of engineering bone modified by BMP-2 gere.
