Abstract
Objective To study the relationship between the natural abortion and chromosome abnormities. Methos The chromosome of 106 couples of natural abortion were examined.Lymphocyte culture and analysis of G bond of chromosome were utilized to check the rate of chromosome abnormities. Results Six cases of chromosome abnormalities were discovered, which made up 5 66 percents of all the couples examined. Two cases were autosomal balanced translocation and two cases were pericentric inversion. The chromosome secondary constriction in one case became wider and the short arms of G team chromosomes in one case became longer. Conclusion The results show that chromosome abnormalities are important factors for natural abortion.
