Abstract
The fermentation condition of polysaccharide was studied with submerged fermentation of Ganoderma lucidum. An Ganoderma lucidum species which could produce more polysaccharide and grow well was screened. The conditions of polysaccharide would be different in nitrogen source, carbon source,pH and temperature. It was concluded that 0.2%Fe2+,0.2%corn powder and 2% sucrose were the optimum condions of polysaccgarude-producing.The yield of Ganoderma lucidum extracellular polysaccharide culture and mycelium attained 181.7 mg and 151.0 mg in 100 ml fermented borth through the magnified exerment of fermenter. The range of pH was mild.Fermenter was fitting for the exudation of extracellular polysaccharide culture of Ganoderma lucidum.
