Abstract
OBJECTIVE Determining the terminal of Ganoderma lucidum fermentation, screening high-yield strains of the fungus polysaccharide and using it to the industrial production.METHODS Six different regions of the fungus were fermented in the same conditions, and then compared the biomass, content of intracellular Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide,pH value, gram staining mycelium examination.RESULTS and CONCLUSION The best Ganoderma lucidum fermentation end should be controlled in the condition with pH 3.5~4.5,and test under microscop little small amount of autolysis points can be seen,The highest yield straini is BLGL32(FUZHOU).Its intracellular polysaccharide content was 1.53g·L-1,and exopolysaccharide content was 7.02g·L-1.
