Combined with Methotrexatum for Treating the Acute Rheumatoid Arthritis

The Bushen Tongluo fang combined with Methotrexatum treat the acute Rheumatoid Arthritis 40 case,with the same period of treatment with MTX RA40 cases of the same type as control group.After the treatment of six weeks,the effective rate of clinical symptoms of Chinese medicine of the treat group was 71.1% while the control group 43.6%;the effective rate of comprehensive clinical symptoms of the treat group was 86.8% while the control group 69.2%;the effective rate of ACR20% of the treat group was 84.2% while the control group 64.1%;the rate of adverse reactions of the treat group was 15.79% while the control group 35.9%;,we can see that the total effect has obvious difference between the two groups(P0.05).After the treatment of Twelve weeks,the effective rate of clinical symptoms of Chinese medicine of the treat group was 92.1%。while the control group 87.1%;the effective rate of comprehensive clinical symptoms of the treat group was 92.1% while the control group 82.1%;the effective rate of ACR20% of the treat group was 94.7% while the control group79.5%;the rate of adverse reactions of the treat group was 18.42% while the control group 40.03%;,we can see that the total effect has obvious difference between the two groups(P0.05).Conlusion:The clinical effect of Bushen Tongluo fang combined with Methotrexatum for treating the Acute Rheumatoid Arthritis is quite significant;Rapid onset of action,few toxicity,low rate of adverse reactions;The quality of life of patients has improved Obviously,but the Long-term effect need further reseach.
