Abstract

Established microwave digestion - inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) soil samples of 16 kinds of rare earth elements analysis in the paper. Samples by nitric acid - hydrogen peroxide - hydrofluoric acid digestion, the test solution directly by ICP-MS 16 kinds of rare earth elements. Studied ng ?mL-1 levels of Ba and light rare earth oxides of heavy rare earth oxides the degree of interference, in which Ba and Pr oxide interference is more serious, but such interference can be corrected Method editorial interference equation. Standard measurement of soil material GBW07446 and GBW07451, results consistent with the standard value of the material certificate.
