Learning-oriented is a leisure society in which people are freed from the labour,and people aim at improving themselves by making use of the free time.This society takes human improvement as its basic educational aim,and educational democracy as its educational prerequisite.The learning-oriented society claims that university education will surpass and lead society,and advocates the full-life education.It regards university as an independent academic society.
