Discussion of Talent Cultivation Patterns in Colleges and Universities Based on the Background of Knowledge Economy

The 21st century is the developed era of knowledge economy. Faced with the challenges of knowledge economy, how to work well for fostering highly specialized talents to improve the developments of science, technology and culture as well as modernization process, has become a focus topic in higher education. This paper puts forward some patterns of cultivating highly specialized talents under the development of knowledge economy based on the analysis of the concept, meaning and characteristics of knowledge economy and request to talents in the knowledge economy society.
