Knowledge economy,talents and education

Talents equipped with science and high-tech knowledge are the primary requisition for the existence and development of knowledge economy,and are pioneers of the productive force in knowledge economy and valuable builders of knowledge economy. The cultivation of talents with science and high-tech knowledge is based on education.Hence educational reform should be carried out to raise the quality and meet the acquirements of knowledge. The problems in the present educational system,such as the spoon-feeding method,narrow scope of knowledge,ideological stagnation and tight control over education management,should be solved.To foster high-quality creative talents,we should advocate the spirit of seeking truth after facts,to introduce new things,to extend the scope of knowledge and to surpass self-limitation.
