Surgical treatment of symptoms relevant to adenoids hypertrophy in children

Abstract

Objective:To explore the proper treatment fo r the symptoms relevant to adenoid vegetation in children.Methods:The records of 102 hospitatized patients of adenoids vegetat ion were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Adenoids vegetation has high incidence period of 6 to 8 ages .Post－operational hearing improvement was significant(Ｐ＜0.01) improving rate of snoring was 82%.Conclusions:The growth is seriously affected during childhood of adenoids vegetation.Surgical treatment has positive therapeutic effect.
