Abstract

Objective:To avoid general anesthesia endotracheal intubation,higher blood pressure,heart rate increased faster.Methods:Fentanyl 2 μg/kg and propofol 1~1.5 mg/kg,general anesthesia induction,tracheal intubation.Results:All patients prior to general anesthesia induced by intubation blood pressure and heart rate were poor t-test P0.01,there was a significant difference from intubation to five minutes after intubation blood pressure,heart rate t-test P0.05,no significant difference on this side law can be effectively induced by intubation to reduce blood pressure,heart rate,pressure control reaction,and after intubation blood pressure,heart rate without rebound greatly reduced when the tracheal intubation cardiovascular response.Conclusion:Our general anesthesia induction period adjustment and processing spent fentanyl 2 μg/kg and propofol 1~1.5 mg/kg effectively avoid general anesthesia endotracheal intubation-induced blood pressure and heart rate increased sharply by fast,mean arterial hypertension,and other cardiovascular side to further enhance the operation ma drunk view of security.
