Analysis of 172 Cases of Patients with Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Type Physique

Objective: To investigate and analyze the common constitution type,chronic atrophic gastritis is summarized,in order to guide the clinical treatment. Methods: Clinical data of 172 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis,according to WANG Qi '9points scale physical type determination,the classification results and statistical analysis. Results: Yang deficiency and stasis accounted for the main part of 172 patients,which accounted for 26. 16% and 23. 26%; course of disease in the early stage of qi deficiency and stagnation constitution,Yang deficiency and stagnation in the mid late in the matter,Yang deficiency and blood stasis,the difference was statistically significant,P 0. 05. Conclusion: Patients with chronic atrophic gastritis physique the blood stasis and deficiency of Yang matter,but stages of patients with physical disease composition is different,the development rules of the disease,can effectively guide the clinical treatment based on syndrome differentiation.
