Understanding on Three New Environmental Standards for Noise

It's a matter of important for China's environmental noise protection to promulgate three new standards,which are 〈Environmental quality standard for noise〉,〈Emission standard for industrial enterprises noise at boundary〉 and 〈Emission standard for community noise〉.The enforcement of the new standards lead to several positive impacts,including perfecting China's environmental noise standards system,extending the scope of the standards,making the applicable objects clear,rationalizing the relationships among the related standards and as well optimizing the correlative noise monitoring measures.
