Study on System and Relationship of Environmental Noise Standards

Abstract
In order to effectively manage environmental noise,the system of environmental noise standards should be improved for noise pollution control.Environmental noise standards for noise management were divided into three levels.The applicability,developing basis,functionality and characteristic of standards on different levels as well as their relations were analyzed.Some suggestions for developing or revising environmental noise standards were presented.
