Abstract
3+1 is a new teaching method,teaching reform is the attempt to train its focus on innovation.With the main difference lies in the traditional mode of teaching : University of the previous three years to complete all the teaching,the fourth year for innovative practice training.For college students generally do not have a strong sense of innovation and creativity in a poor state of much help.Also explore a unique training approach.
