Clinical Observation of Fatty Liver Treated by"Spleen-Nourishing and Fat-Removing Decoction"in 32 Cases

Abstract

To observe the clinical effects ofSpleen Nourishing and Fat Removing Decoctionin the treatment of fatty liver,52 cases were randomized into treatment group with 32 cases treated by thisDecoction and control group treated by Xuezhikang.After 3 month treatment,the symptoms,laboratory indexes and B ultrasonic conditions were detected.Results showed that the effective rate was 81 25% in treatment group and 70 00% in control group, P 0 05;in addition,the TG,ALT and B￣ultrasonic condition improved, P 0 05,indicating a better effect in treatment group than in control group.
