Observation of Clinical Curative Effect of Zhimaining Decoction on Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

Objective: To Observe the clinical curative effect of Zhimaining decoction on alcoholic fatty liver disease.Methods: Patients were randomly divided into two groups,and both groups were strict temperance,regular exercise and diet therapy.The control group were treated with Glucurone,vitamin E every 300 mg/days and conventional doses of vitamin B1,vitamin C and liver protection therapy.The treatment group were given Zhimaining decoction on the basis of the control group.Duration of treatment was 2 months.Results: The treatment group on alcoholic fatty liver in patients with symptoms and signs were obviously improved.The effective rate of ALT,AST,y-GT of the treatment group were better than that of the control group.The total effective rate of the treatment was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion: Zhimaining decoction is safe and effective in Treating alcoholic fatty liver disease,and has not been detected in patients with liver and kidney function damage and other adverse reactions,can delay the alcoholic fatty liver to the further development of the role of liver cirrhosis.
