Abstract

The Fourth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of CPC put forward the goal for strengthening the Party's executive capacity, which charts the orientation for the building of the Party organizations in the state-owned enterprises. While building modern systems for enterprises and improving the economic system of the socialist market, the building of the Party organizations in the state-owned enterprises should take the new situations into consideration, adopt new methods and approaches, play a key role in political affairs and create a new situation for the Party building.
